We cover a wide range of events, including weddings, corporate events, birthdays, bridal showers, baby showers, bachelorette parties or any other special event you can think of.
We are best set up outdoors on a flat surface. We can also set up inside buildings that we are able to drive into. Our camper is 15ft long (including the hitch), 8ft tall & 7ft wide.
We can comfortably fit 4-5 guests at a time. However if you want to get cozy we can squeeze 8-10 people inside.
Yes, we are fully insured!
Please check with your venue before booking the booth. You can also reach out to us and we can let you know if we have worked with the venue in the past!
Yes, we must have power to operate the booth within 100 feet. We will bring extension cords. If your venue does not have power we can bring a generator for an extra fee.
We will travel up to 40 miles radius from Newbury Ohio with no additional charge. We will travel further for an additional $2/mile each way.
We require a 50% non-refundable retainer to hold the date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event. If something happens and you need to move the date of your event we will try our best to accommodate date changes based on availability!
Yes of course! If you have florals or other decorations that you want to add to the outside of the camper please reach out and we can talk through the possibilities. The inside of the camper stays the same.
